What Is J Force?
The J Force program is designed for participants of all fitness levels and provides a holistic approach to a healthier lifestyle. Each day is a new workout, keeping the program fresh and your body challenged. J Force uses a variety of training equipment and body weight exercises to ensure your body develops functional strength that you can use for everyday activities.

What Is JFIT PM?
JFIT PM is designed for ALL fitness levels.  Offering 4 weekly classes (Monday - Thursday) at 6:15PM.  JFIT PM is included in all JFORCE memberships.  Separate JFIT PM packages are offered to those only seeking the weekday 6:15pm classes.
