Why choose Camp Mindy? Parents tell us what keeps them committed to Camp Mindy as the best choice for their children, and here's what they say:

  1. The low ratios, e.g. a first grader will find herself in a group of no more than 13 kids with three counselors.
  2. The variety of engaging activities, including swimming, archery, nature, arts & crafts, computer lab, special cultural events and more.
  3. The caring staff who love kids. (Did you know that almost half of our lead counselors teach during the school year?)
  4. The gorgeous facilities. (Come visit!)
  5.  A traditional camp atmosphere.

Camp Mindy is just the way camp should be.  We are pleased to offer specialty Performing & Visual Art camps this summer!

Safety and fun are our first priorities.   Your child will thrive on traditional camp arts & crafts, songs, games, sports, nature and science, team building, storytelling, drama, archery and computers, and much more.  Older kids enjoy our traditional summer Late Night.   Teens broaden their world view and gain valuable leadership skills through community service projects and field trips. Swimming lessons are included for all ages from full day 3 year olds thru teens.

Camp Mindy facilities include:

-Four air-conditioned cabins
-A spacious recreation hall
-6 covered basketball courts
-A computer lab
-Fields for organized games and activities
-A large playground
-A shaded picnic area
-Cubbies and changing areas
-Access to our 105,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility for sports and aquatics

Our camp is bringing over volunteers from Israel known as Shlichim (emissaries). Please let us know if you would be interested in housing our Israeli counselors.

Over 600 daycampers each year know that Camp Mindy
is the best place to spend the summer!  And parents agree...join us!
