Triathlon Training Program

Train for a triathlon with USA Triathlon certified coach Jenny Crow!  
January 29 • 6pm
Kickoff Meeting – An informational meeting on what to expect and what the program is all about.

February 5
12-Week Training Plan Begins – Develop skills in strength, swimming, cycling, and running, in order to train and race in a safe, fun, and meaningful way. This daily training plan includes:

• Clinics – Bike handling skills, nutrition, swimming, & transition

• Organized group rides

• Organized group track workouts and runs

• Organized group swims, with Coach Heather Hageman

• Socials to get to know other training partners

April 29
Key Race at the Huntersville Aquatics Center – All levels welcome and encouraged to join; however, race is not required to participate in the program.

12-week Program: M/$349 NM/$425

Adult Basketball League 

Thursday, 6:30–9:30pm
January 11 – March 29 (12 weeks)
May 3 – July 19 (12 weeks)
$640 Team Fee Enter as a team. Pay individually.
Roster limit, 12 players.

Adult Softball

Sundays, 8:15am–12pm
March 11 – June 10 (12 weeks) No league 4/1 & 5/27

Adult Pickle Ball

Pickle Ball is a net court game that is played indoors at LJCC’s Howard R. Levine Gym. The United States of America Pickleball Association (USAPA) calls it the “fastest-growing sport in America.”  The game itself is played on a court that is the same size as a badminton court (20 feet wide by 44 feet long). A ball similar to a wiffleball, made with a more rigid material and having smaller holes, is used in gameplay. Wooden or fiberglass paddles are used.  Click here to view Pickle Ball schedule.
