All home matches are reserved by the tennis staff and team practices are at the discretion of each individual team. Interested participants must have an active USTA number, be available to play a majority of team matches.

USTA Junior Team Tennis
The Levine JCC Tennis Department has been a supporter of the USTA 10 and under Quick Start program for the last 7 years. Starting January, 2016 all 10 and under players in the USTA will be mandated to participate in QuickStart Tennis for tournaments, Jr. Team Tennis, and any USTA sponsored event. We are proud to say that our staff has been implementing and supporting this program for the past 3 years and both Greg and Bob have extensive training in the QuickStart program. This past summer, QuickStart tennis was also an integral part of our summer camps and will continue to be so in the future! Our Little Crushers, Pre-team Crush, and 10 and under Junior Team Tennis players, have all been introduced to QuickStart through their clinics, lessons, and team matches. We will continue to utilize this program to help develop our junior players and prepare them for competition at the local and school level.
To enter the competitive division and have an opportunity to advance to state and sectional play-offs teams must have a minimum of 3 boys and 3 girls. For the intermediate or beginner divisions (not eligible to advance to state play-offs) we must have a minimum of 6 players to register a team (any combination of boys and girls). All USTA JTT must be approved by the pro staff to play on a team. Last year we had teams competing in the 12 and under, 14 and under, and 18 and under divisions. We hope to add a 10 and under Quick Start team this season!
Team matches are Sunday afternoons and all players must be available to play a minimum of 3 matches in the 7 week season. Matches for all non-advancing divisions are 3 lines of singles and 1 line of doubles for the competitive division.
Non-members are welcome at practices.
If you are interested in having your child play USTA Jr. Team Tennis please contact Greg O'Connor at 704-944-6748 or firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
