Childcare Registration Policies
Come join us to play while Mom and Dad work out. Exciting crafts and activities every day!!
J-Childcare offers a loving and nurturing environment for children to play and explore through hands on interactive play and crafts. We provide childcare service for children from 7 weeks up to 7 years old. Reservations are appreciated, however drop-in care is welcome. To reserve a spot call J-Childcare at 704-944-6726.
(24 hrs advanced registration is highly recommended.)
Hours
Monday – Friday 8am - 1pm
Mon - Thursday Evenings* 4pm - 7:30pm
Saturdays 12pm - 3pm
Sundays 8:30am - 2pm
Elementary Edge at the LJCC offers a new childcare option for our members and their children ages 5 to 12 years old. For parents whose children have outgrown our successful J Child Care option, Elementary Edge will located in the Weinberg Center
Members can drop off their ‘older’ children with while they are in the building on Sundays, 8:30am - 1:00pm and Monday evenings from 5:00pm - 7:30pm. Reservations are preferred but drop ins are welcome (if there is space available). There is no charge for this service. There are times that special events may occur which would have a nominal fee.
Elementary Edge children will have the opportunity to play games, do puzzles, create art projects, read books, play Wii, do homework, and much more. Children can enjoy a snack or lunch brought from home.
