Managing Stress during COVID - Yoga & Meditation

In the space of your choosing and connecting with Zoom, Cindy will teach a yoga class which interweaves meditation and breathing techniques designed specifically for managing stress and anxiety. This is a progressive class with 4 sessions and each session building on the previous.

Classes are FREE but registration is required.
