The Language Academy of the Carolinas, Inc. offers its award-winning adult Spanish, French, Italian, and Portuguese classes at the Levine JCC. They work in small groups of 4-8 people and teach you how to converse in the language. There are no tests and no grades, and everything is conducted almost entirely in the language to create an immersive experience for the participants. Enjoy dedicated time to create in a welcoming and inspiring studio environment! This 6-week class is designed for students to work on their own individual projects at their own pace, whether you're painting, experimenting with mixed media, or continuing a piece you've already started. Each participant will receive personalized instruction and guidance from the instructor throughout each class, making this a great fit for all experience levels. All supplies included, such as acrylic paint, watercolor, collage materials, brushes, paper and mixed media supplies.

This class is designed for all levels of fitness to learn the forms of Tai Chi. Improve your strength, balance, circulation and coordination, all in a fun and safe environment. Classes are ongoing and fees are paid per month.
