As we head into an exciting summer season and prepare to open the Outdoor Aquatics Complex this weekend, we want to share important reminders regarding facility check-in procedures, as well as our guest policies and exciting new food options.
Facility Check-In for Members
To help maintain a safe and secure environment for all members and guests, every individual entering restricted areas of the facility must be checked in at the front desk or outdoor aquatics entrance. This includes all adults, children, and teens entering the building or pool area.
Recently, we have noticed a growing habit of parents scanning their own membership card while children enter behind them without being individually checked in. While we understand this has become routine for some families, moving forward our Member & Guest Services staff will be more consistently enforcing our check-in policy and will ask that each family member be checked in upon entry.
This process helps us:
- Ensure the safety and security of everyone in our facility
- Maintain accurate attendance records
- Confirm active memberships and program eligibility
- Better support emergency procedures if needed
We appreciate your patience and partnership as we reinforce this important policy. Our staff is committed to making the check-in process as smooth and efficient as possible, especially during busy pool hours.
Guest Policies
We love when our members share our facilities with friends and neighbors. Please review our Guest Policies for important information before your visit. As a reminder, guests are limited to seven visits per calendar year. All guests must be accompanied by a member and complete the required waiver(s) prior to entering the facility. Waivers may be completed in advance on our website.
