To cancel a reservation, please call 704.366.5007 or log in to your J Account and click Cancel Reservation located on the reservation pages.
Court reservations will open 7 days in advance, with a 2-hour delay. Here are examples:
- A reservation for a 9:30am court on Friday, November 4th, will open at 11:30am on Friday, October 28th.
- A reservation for a 12:00pm court on Friday, November 4th, will open at 2:00pm on Friday, October 28th.
- Courts may be reserved by Levine JCC members. Community members may not reserve courts. Reservations may be made online by members with credentials or by calling the Customer Service Center at 704.366.5007.
- At times, there may be available courts that are not visible online. Should you not see availability online, you may contact the Customer Service Center at 704.366.5007 to check for available courts.
- The Levine JCC has the authority to move your court # assignment if necessary. Please check your court number with Customer Service upon arrival.
- As a courtesy to others, if you will not be using the court you have reserved, please cancel the reservation at the earliest opportunity by calling the Customer Service Center at 704.366.5007 or log in to your J Account and click cancel reservation located on the reservation pages. Repeated no-shows without cancellation of reservations will result in the inability to reserve courts.
