Levine JCC Cares
The Levine JCC wants to engage its members in a variety of social action programs within the community. Under the banner of LJCC Cares, we will bring opportunities for families, seniors, adults and teens to perform Tikkun Olam (repairing the world) and Gemilut Hasadim (acts of loving kindness) by serving the greater Charlotte community in ways that connect us with others and are motivated by the pressing issues of the day.
Healing Ourselves, Healing The World
There is no better time than the start of the year to engage in Tikkun Olam – repairing the world – and there is no better way to do that than by focusing on healing ourselves. Learn how the two go hand-in-hand and join us in our year-long journey to accomplish both of those. Click here for an overview of the yearlong program.

Classroom Central School Supply Drive
If there’s anything we’ve been reminded of lately, it’s that the playing field is far from level for all students. We can change that. That’s why we’re hosting a school supply drive for Classroom Central to make sure students are prepared to learn. Help LJCC Cares meet its fundraising goal. Our drop-off event has ended but you can still donate online. Click here for more information and to donate.

The doors of the Ronald McDonald House of Charlotte will always be open to families from across our region and beyond. Sign-ups are limited; must be at least 12 years old. Sign up by clicking on the Sign Up Genius link below.
Volunteer Meal Preparation teams plan a menu, purchase ingredients and prepare a home-cooked meal at the Ronald McDonald House for families staying there.
