Get Started in 5 Easy Steps

Step 1: Activate Your Account

Look for an email from: [email protected] around July 8th  

Subject: "Welcome to Amilia on behalf of Levine JCC" (please check your spam/junk/clutter folders)

 


Step 2: Click on the activation link and create an account

You’ll be prompted to create a password to log in.

If you view that email past 60 days, the activation link will no longer be active. Contact [email protected] for assistance or call 704.366.5007.


Step 3: Verify your account & Add your payment method 

Verify your information to ensure the data transfer was accurate (name, date of birth, email, phone number, family members and their information, etc.). 

Set up your “Wallet” to add your credit card information or confirm your credit card on file for a quicker future checkout experience.

Step 4: Invite members of your household

Invite members of your household (ages 14+) from your account to create their own login. Each family member will receive an email to activate.

Note: Only the Account Owner can do this step

Reserve amenities, access your digital scan card, and stay connected on the go.

Why are you switching to a new platform?

What do I do if I am a current member or program participant at the Levine JCC?

Activate your Amilia account. When Amilia launched, Amilia required one account owner to verify and activate an Amilia account before other household members can log in. The Levine JCC determined the primary account owner and an email was sent.

Why didn’t I receive an Amilia activation email?

  • Amilia requires only one Account Owner to verify and activate an Amilia account before other household members can log in.
  • The Levine JCC initiated and determined the Amilia Account Holder based on your current account activity data.
  • If you need to be the Account Owner, contact [email protected].

How do I invite family to join my account?

You will need to complete this step if you have two adults on your account who want to use the mobile app separately.

  1. Open Amilia on a web browser and log in.
  2. Select the 'People' Tab on the left menu.
  3. Navigate to the account member you wish to invite.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page that appears once they are selected.
  5. Under Account Actions, click 'Invite to join family account.'
  6. They will receive an email invitation. Once accepted, they will be able to use the mobile app with their own email and account.

Do I need to add my payment information?

  1. We have pulled over all payment information from our previous system, so recurring fees and scheduled payments for future programs will continue to draw as they did before.
  2. For new and future registrations, a payment method will need to be added at the time of registration.
  3. For ease of future purchases, you can add or edit your credit card or banking information by accessing your "Wallet" in the left menu and selecting 'Add a credit card' or 'Add a bank account.'
  4. After you have entered any new payment method, it is important to click the drop-down arrow and select “Levine JCC” under the 'Authorizations' section.
  5. Please note that all credit card payments will incur a 1.5% fee.

Is there a mobile app that I can use?

Yes, we encourage you to download the MyJ app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

What is the difference between MyJ app and Amilia?

  • MyJ will be used for reservations included with your membership such as lap lane reservations, racquet sport reservations, appointments and viewing the group exercise schedule. You'll also be able to access our full website directly from the MyJ app.
  • Amilia will be used for membership account management, program registration and billing.

Never registered for a program or class at the Levine JCC?

If you have never registered for a Levine JCC program or event, you can create a new Amilia account to begin browsing and registering for programs. Create your account here. (Link will be available after July 14)

What’s the difference between “Register” and “Login”?

  • Register buttons on program pages allow you to sign up for that specific program.
  • The Login button in the top right gives you full access to your Amilia account dashboard.
