JSITTERS: 6th-10th Grade
Now is your opportunity to become certified in American Heart Association pediatric First Aid and CPR while also learning skills to be a great babysitter. Knowing First Aid and CPR is an important skill that helps build confidence by knowing you can help someone in need as well as yourself if you are home alone or babysitting. Bring a bag Kosher lunch.
Auto Tech: 9th - 10th Grade
All the car basics your teen needs to know! Instruction will focus on changing a tire, car maintenance, understanding brake systems, heating/cooling systems, steering systems and transmissions. Participants will be introduced to basic mechanic tools, specialty tools and equipment and will learn how to install, maintain, repair and replace automotive parts. Pizza lunch included
J Teen Life Skills: 6th - 8th Grade
Give your Teen the key to independence! Join other Teens to learn valuable skills to help make them ready for the real world. Each class covers a different topic and skill set. This course is appropriate for any Teen looking to learn how to present themselves well socially, empower themselves all while learning new skills.

JHoops Middle School Academy: 6th–8th Grade (Winter/Spring)
Academy will focus on teaching individual skills with an opportunity to apply them immediately to game situations. New skills will be taught each week, followed by full court games in which your child will get detailed instruction as well as individual attention.
Girls Volleyball: 4th–8th Grade
Learn to play this fun sport. Proper technique, skills, drills, and game play are covered in this non-competitive class.
Teen Fitness Center Orientation: 13–16 year olds
Successful completion of this orientation allows youth access to the David Silverman Fitness & Wellness Center. Introduces strength training and cardio equipment. Emphasis on proper equipment selection, form, breathing, fitness center rules, regulations and etiquette.
TeenBox: Ages 13 - 17
Teens will have fun and get fit while learning basic boxing skills. This empowering workout uses no-contact drills, including shadow boxing and bag work to improve coordination, strength and stamina! Gloves available for $30 purchase.
Intro to Martial Arts: Ages 13+
Explore a variety of disciplines in this introductory course. You’ll get a taste of Karate, Muy Thai, Kickboxing, wrestling, Brazilian Jiu Jitso, Sambo, and Judo.
Running for Everyone: Ages 15+
Improve your running technique and discover how to run longer and faster.

Teen Beginner CRUSH: 12–17 year olds
Teaches the fundamentals of play, including proper stroke mechanics, basic point play, basic rallying skills, and basic tennis conditioning. Designed for the player with limited playing experience. Learn More
Junior CRUSH Tennis Academy: 11–18 year olds
Players must be approved by tennis staff to enroll in this class or be a part of our Quick Start or 18 and Under teams. Emphasis placed on point construction, rally skills, and basic tennis conditioning. Twice per week recommended for all competitive players. Learn More

American Red Cross Lifeguard Classes

Teen Camp consists of a 6th grade group and 7th/8th grade where both groups enjoy 2 days of “traditional” on-site activities including swimming, archery, and canteen; as well as fun activities just for teens including Improv, chocolate making, and Color War. Every Friday will be our community service day. Whether we are making sandwiches for the homeless or cleaning up in the community garden, Friday is our day to help the community. The other 2 days will be spent off-site traveling to all sorts of exciting places, such as the US National White Water Center, Carowinds, or Sports Connection. Mitzvah Program
Join other teens as we volunteer to do our part in Tikkun Olam, “healing the world.” We will collaborate with community service organizations and other Jewish Agencies to promote community engagement and build partnerships. Please check the Social Action webpage for details and events.
