"The Levine JCC welcomes its members and guests like family.”

We first came to the Levine JCC when we were looking for summer camps for our three elementary school children – Zach, Lizzie and William.  We wanted a summer experience where they could all have fun, make friends and stay active.  Camp Mindy was recommended by several elementary school parents.  We gave it a try and our kids had an amazing summer.   We have spent some part of every summer at the JCC since then, in Camp Mindy, Teen Camp, or Musical Theatre Camp.  Everyone from the staff, counselors, campers and parents were welcoming and made our time enjoyable.  We loved how everyone took the time to get to know us.

The Levine JCC remains an integral part of our daily lives – we are on campus most daysLizzie is currently taking piano lessons at the J and is part of the JCC Jaws swim team.  William is pursuing his love of musical theatre, actively involved with the Theatre at the J productions and taking voice lessons. Zach continues to take tennis lessons and played on the Junior Crush tennis team –and is preparing to be a 2026 Crush Tennis Summer Camp counselor.  Todd and Monique have enjoyed many of the events on campus including the Dueling Pianos and the Jewish Film Festival. We feel welcome in all of these settings and have made many friends while there.

The dictionary defines hospitality as the friendly and generous reception of guests and visitors.  This word describes the Levine JCC community.   The Levine JCC welcomes its members and guests like family.  It is a community where families can come and be active, socialize, find new hobbies or interests, make new friends, continue long lasting relationships, and always feel welcomed.
