Our Group Exercise classes are taught by certified instructors and are based upon the latest aerobic conditioning and resistance training research. We offer over 60 aerobic classes per week and modifications are always demonstrated so that you can achieve your best workout. Group exercise classes are energizing, motivating, challenging and fun. TRX Training with John Lynam

Improve your mobility and stability with body weight exercises using TRX straps. Work with certified personal trainer and TRX specialist John Lynam on increasing balance, muscle strength and cardio endurance using TRX straps. TRX suspension straps will be used for the warm up, main workout, cool down and stretch. All levels of fitness are welcome and encouraged to join. Click here to sign up
Yoga & Meditation
Meditation Practice Series: 2 Thursdays Per Month

Unwind in the privacy of the JCC massage room. Through the release of muscle tension and stress, our professional staff can help you reach your wellness goals. We offer Swedish or Deep Tissue, hot stone and couples massage as well as reflexology. Expresso bikes utilize technology to provide a realistic outdoor cycling experience, while on a stationary bicycle. A computer monitor allows the user to virtually ride on scenic paths and play games to increase their exercise enjoyment. While all bikes can burn calories, Expresso bikes may provide a more entertaining and motivating exercising experience to help users lose weight. Every month Expresso posts a new challenge! Nutritional Counseling and Education
The LJCC Nutrition Program can provide you with the personalized information and tools you need to help sort the challenges of food, stress, exercise and proper balance on how to maintain a healthy relationship with food and weight, practicing health at every size.
Chantal Otelsberg, our JCC Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, understands first-hand that a healthy diet plays an important role in achieving health and fitness goals. Chantal believes in a preventative approach to health, and she incorporates her nutrition and fitness knowledge to helping people reach their health goals.
Nutrition Counseling Sessions include:
- Private one-on-one nutrition counseling including Nutrition & Metabolic Assessment
- Body Mass Index & Body Fat Percentage
- Customized meal planning based on individual calorie, protein, fat, and carbohydrate needs
- Diet therapy for chronic disease prevention and management
Intro Package: $140 includes 2 sessions (1 hour initial session, plus a follow-up)
