We teach you how to exercise properly to achieve weight goals, increase strength, and perform everyday movements without risk of injury. Personal Training Services Rates
Please note that all personal training sessions (including J-Force) are good for only one year from the date of purchase. Clients must provide 24-hour cancellation notice to avoid possible charges to their training package.
