Child Transfers

The transfer program is courtesy of the Levine JCC. Not all classes are eligible for transfers. Restrictions apply (not all classes are included). See the Customer Service Center to confirm class transfer eligibility.  Please note: One form is needed per child per year. Individual course transfer requests must be made at the time of registration.

CHILD POLICIES

Charlotte Jewish Preschool (CJP) allows transfers to the Levine JCC for after-school classes beginning at 1:15pm and for swim classes beginning at 2:30pm and 3:30pm. There are no transfers back to CJP after any 3:30pm preschool swim session. Please pick up at the LJCC Indoor Pool. 
Preschoolers must be fully potty trained to participate.
Please ensure you have a signed Child Transfer Form on file (one form per child per school year). No child will be transferred without a signed Emergency Contact & Parental Release Form.  

CHILD TRANSFER FORM 

Charlotte Jewish Day School (CJDS) allows transfers to the Levine JCC at 3:00pm & 4:00pm only for after-school classes beginning at 3:00pm, 3:15pm, 3:30pm or 4:00pm.  There are no CJDS transfers after Study Hall.  CJDS does not permit returns; however, a student may be returned to J-Team if also enrolled in the J-Team program.  Please ensure you have a signed Child Transfer Form on file (one form per child per school year). No child will be transferred without a signed Emergency Contact & Parental Release Form.

CHILD TRANSFER FORM 

The J-Team Program allows transfers and returns. There is no need to complete a Child Transfer Form. If a program is for a child enrolled at J-Team, please ensure that the J-Team staff knows about all transfers. If you are enrolling or changing programs with less than 24 hour notice, please call Mitch Ormand directly at 704-944-6733. 

 

Important Information

All program participants, regardless of age, as well as parents/caregivers who enter the facility to drop-off or pickup program participants must have a signed waiver on file.  To fill out your waiver prior to your initial visit, click here for the adult waiverclick here for the minor waiver

  • Fill out one form per child if you have not already done so for the school year.
